If you have a Viralyshop account, write from its email address, that is, the Google address you sign in with. This lets us find your account and check that the request comes from you. You can write in French, Arabic or English.

What to include in your message

• your role: creator, influencer manager, brand, a brand's customer or visitor;
• your creator handle, the name of your shop, or the name of the shop you ordered from;
• the order reference, the parcel tracking number or the name of the campaign involved;
• what happened, with dates, and screenshots if you can.

Never send your Google password, the verification code you received on WhatsApp, a pickup code that is still valid or a bank card number: we never ask for them. Send an ID document only if we ask you for one.

You ordered from a brand

The brand is the seller. For delivery, an exchange or a refund, contact the brand first. Also read what applies to buyers. Write to us if you cannot reach the brand, or for any question about your personal data.

This address is that of our registered agent (Legalinc Corporate Services Inc.). Mail therefore reaches us more slowly than email. For an urgent request, write to support@viralyshop.com.

We aim to reply within 3 working days. Our working days are Sunday to Thursday, Algiers time.

For a request about your personal data, we confirm receipt within 3 working days and reply within 30 days. We correct inaccurate data within 10 days, and we complete a deletion within 30 days. The details are in the privacy policy and on the Data deletion page.

If you are a creator, contest in the product an order that became not eligible or the rejection of your post or your video: open a dispute, in the cases and within the deadlines given in the refund policy. For an order, the brand answers in the product, then our team decides if needed. An email does not open a dispute and does not stop any deadline in the product.

Write to support@viralyshop.com to report:

• fraud or attempted fraud, for example fake orders, fake clicks or bought views;
• a fake account, or an account that pretends to be you or a brand;
• abusive, misleading or hateful content, or content that violates your rights;
• a problem with a brand or a creator: payment, a brief not followed, or behavior;
• a security flaw, or a hacked account.

Include links to the accounts or posts involved, and screenshots. Give the dates and what you saw.

We review every report. If a rule of the terms of service is broken, we may freeze earnings, withhold earnings linked to proven fraud, or suspend or close an account, a shop or a campaign.

A post stays on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube until its author or the platform removes it. For content posted on these networks, also report it directly on the platform.

To see, correct or delete your data, write to privacy@viralyshop.com from the email address of your account. If you are a brand's customer and have no account, give the name of the shop, the date of the order and the phone number used for the order. The brand is responsible for this data: we pass your request on to the brand and help it answer.

To stop the reading of an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account right away, remove it in the product: Profile, section Social accounts, button Remove. We then stop reading the account. The full steps are on the Data deletion page.
