The website viralyshop.com, the app app.viralyshop.com, the product pages that Viralyshop hosts for brands and the creators' tracked links are published by Scalemind, LLC. On a product page, the brand is the seller: it is responsible for its products, its prices and its deliveries.

The site and the product are hosted by these providers:

These companies are based in the United States. The database is in Germany and the API is in the Netherlands. Vercel may also process data in the United States. The service's data is therefore stored and processed outside Algeria, in the European Union and the United States. The privacy policy explains where your data is stored and why.

The other providers of the service (file storage, email delivery, scheduled tasks, error reports, reading the public pages of social networks, payments, delivery) are listed in the privacy policy.

The Viralyshop name, its logo, and the text, images and code of the site and the product belong to Scalemind, LLC or are used under license.

You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent, except where the law allows it.

Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, Google, ZR Express, Shopify and the other marks named on the site belong to their owners. We name them only to describe the services that Viralyshop works with.

Viralyshop is not affiliated with Meta, TikTok or Google, the owner of YouTube. These companies do not endorse or sponsor Viralyshop.

Videos, visuals and logos posted by creators and brands remain the property of their authors. The usage rights between a brand and a creator are set by the terms of service.

We do our best to keep the information on viralyshop.com accurate and up to date. It may still contain errors. If you see one, write to support@viralyshop.com.

The sample figures on the site (earnings, commissions, simulator, demo screens) are illustrations. They do not promise any income.

The rules that apply to your account, your campaigns and your payments are those of the terms of service, not those of the site's presentation text.

Links to other sites

The site and our legal pages contain links to other sites, for example Instagram, TikTok, Google or our hosting providers. We do not control these sites. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Read their own terms and privacy policies.

Scalemind, LLC is the controller of the data of accounts, creators, brands, the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts that creators verify, and clicks. The data of a brand's customers (name, phone number, delivery address) is the responsibility of that brand. Viralyshop processes it for the brand to run the service (order handling, delivery tracking, commission calculation), and for its own fraud prevention.

The privacy policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

The site viralyshop.com sets no cookie. It has no analytics tool and no advertising pixel. It loads its fonts from Google's servers, which then receive your IP address. The app app.viralyshop.com, the product pages and the tracked links use cookies and browser storage only to run the service: for example, the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the cv_click cookie that credits an order to the right creator. None of them is used for advertising or audience measurement. The full list is in the privacy policy.
